Visitation & Re-Opening
CMS announced plans to begin reopening nursing facilities, which includes offering limited forms of visitation.
Our Facility has followed federal, state, and local guidelines throughout this pandemic to keep our residents and employees safe and reduce the spread of COVID-19, and we will continue to do so.
We are currently reviewing our visitation policy, and our clinical leadership teams are working on creating visitation plans and procedures that will allow families and friends to visit with their loved ones while complying with all federal, state, and local requirements for visitation and infection prevention and control.
We’re organizing and planning as quickly as we can to allow for safe visitation as soon as possible. We will be reaching out to all of our families once an official visitation procedure is in place. Until such time, we will follow our current visitation policy.
- Visitor Restrictions – Only essential personnel are permitted inside the facility, and they are screened for signs and symptoms of illness at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Face Covering Required
- All individuals coming into our facilities must have a face covering such as a face mask, scarf, bandana, etc.
- Health Screenings
- All visitors are required to complete a health screening and temperature check.
- Visitation Policy
- All visitors are required to sign our visitation policy.
